SUFI is blessed to collaborate with companies that have the same passion and drive in supporting individuals and families who are stigmatized and experiencing the lowest level of poverty. Last April 19, 2023, Sorok Uni Foundation had a Signing of Memorandum of Agreement with the companies namely Uni-Ship, Inc., Atiko Trans Inc., Everstar Inc., and Unitramp Inc. at Intramuros, Manila. Through the years, the said companies were supportive of Sorok Uni Foundation’s programs & services for the Persons Affected by Leprosy, Homeless and Displaced Individuals and Families, Underprivileged Filipino Children, and Indigenous People in the Philippines. In the previous year, the collaboration was able to support 6,756 beneficiaries in NCR, Region IV-A, Region IX, and MIMAROPA.
Friendships also foster a sense of connection and teamwork. Sharing of ideas and working together towards common goals are the things that strengthen relationships. On April 25, 2023, Sorok Uni, together with Human Asia, successfully turned over the tablets at Culasisi Elementary School to its elementary students.

This is the 3rd school which the Digital Literacy Program supported in Sablayan, Occidental Mindoro. The turnover signified the start of sharing new knowledge and an experience of today’s modern learning to the pupils.
The Digital Literacy Program played a vital role in the development and personal growth of the Alangan Mangyan students. Through the Pen Pal Activity of the said program, students of Inawa Panaynep Elementary School had an opportunity to exercise their communication skills through writing and exchanging letters with students in Korea. Due to the program’s support, knowledge can bridge gaps between people with different backgrounds, despite the cultural boundaries.
All of these efforts at Sorok MIMAROPA were made possible through a collaborative partnership with HA and KOICA - Korean agencies that were also passionate in empowering the Alangan Mangyan children through Digital Education.
Friendships also have the ability to create a ripple effect of positive impact on others’ lives. “I am forever grateful to Sorok Uni Foundation and its sponsors because I was one of the students that had an opportunity to pursue education through scholarship. Today, it serves as an inspiration for me to finish my studies and motivation to be a blessing to others too.”, stated by Wennie Capila, one of SUFI’s Dream Project Scholars.
